Welcome to the Pathology Residency Program in the department of pathology at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville. This four-year program is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education, or ACGME. Our combined anatomic (AP) and clinical pathology (CP) program provides residents with a unique experience, which is designed to introduce the importance of an integrated multidisciplinary structure to patient care, research and education. This approach requires all of our faculty, residents and fellows to be exposed to and knowledgeable of, the newest research and technology in order to obtain the most accurate diagnostic and prognostic information.
